What is the Calorific value of LPG?

Commercial Propane = 13.83 kWh/kg
Commercial Butane = 13.62 kWh/kg

Do you have a facility to pay our bills online?

Yes, you can now pay your bills online through Calor account online

Who do I contact to transfer my direct debit details to another account?

Contact your local Customer Operations Centre, contact details can be found on your statement.

Do I need an adapter in order for a mains gas cooker to work on Calor?

You would need to contact the manufacturer of the cooker for a conversion kit.

Where can I find advice about training for safe servicing of Calor equipment?

You can contact CORGI for a list of local gas engineers, or you can contact CalorForce.

Where can I get a health check for my mobile gas heater and issue a safety certificate on completion?

Most local Calor Gas Direct dealers can offer this service, call 0800 662 663 and they will be able to advise you.
