Calor has launched a nationwide competition offering one hospitality operator the chance to win expert advice from world renowned chef and food development expert, Colin Capon.
Keep ahead of the competition Operators looking to revamp an existing bar menu, develop new recipes for a restaurant or look at ways of making the most of the alfresco opportunity as they look forward to summer trading should visit Calor’s competition web site www.lpg-catering.co.uk/competition *to be in with a chance of winning.
One lucky winner will receive a visit from expert chef, Colin Capon, to discuss their food development needs and business development needs. Recommendations will be made during the visit and a full document prepared and submitted following the visit for the winner to refer back to. Menu ideas will also be prepared for the winner.
Laura Luty, Calor bulk marketing manager, has devised the competition which offers outlets a unique bespoke prize. She says: “Getting individual expert advice can really help to build a business and set outlets apart from their competitors as one size does not fit all.
“In delivering the winner’s prize, we will take into consideration the outlet’s location, size of kitchen, number of employees, current menu, its competition and other facilities available such as outdoor space and then provide tailored recommendations.
” As a cleaner burning fuel than oil, LPG produces less carbon emissions and less smoke and can be used to power entire businesses in rural areas, including catering, heating and water heating as well as alfresco appliances.
